Select your ethnicity (Latinos are classified under caucasian for some reason.)

Then your age, "young adult" works best for people over 14.
The program'll let you zoom in, then pick eye / mouth points, and go on to the transformation point.

Some really fun ones are the baby, and the three art styles.
