On your future flash movies...you should put on the intro menu a list of websites that your submitting the flash to and only those websites.
For Example:
"This flash is seen on Newgrounds .com or Gatekeepergirl .com"
anywhere else is considered stealing and should be notified
Some of my friends do that and it seems to work for them.

on the contrary if you know how to rip .swfs from the internet it is very easy to remove those 'if you see this on any other site but' disclaimers
